Tree-Branch-Leaf Evaluation Framework
Our comprehensive assessment model breaks down community excellence into measurable criteria
Think of your community's quality as a great tree. We assess the Trees (major pillars), Branches (sub-categories), and Leaves (specific measurable criteria).
Trees = Major Pillars
Five SCALE categories form the foundation: Sustainability, Community, Affluence, Lifestyle Infrastructure, and Execution & Governance
Branches = Sub-Categories
Focused domains within each pillar like Waste Management, Safety & Security, or RWA Transparency
Leaves = Specific Criteria
Concrete, measurable items like "Are waste bins color-coded?" or "Is there 24x7 security presence?"

Re-certification & Continuous Improvement
UrbanShikha certification is a continuous journey, not a one-time achievement
Each certification is valid for 12 months to encourage annual monitoring and improvement. Communities are motivated to upgrade their flame rating over time through our structured re-certification process.
- Advance Notification: 2-3 months before expiry with gentle reminders
- Progress Review: Assessment of improvements made since last certification
- Upgrade Opportunities: Clear pathways to achieve higher flame ratings
- Interim Support: Mid-year check-ins and resource sharing
